Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kv444 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of kv444.club, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and customer support functions available on the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any part of kv444, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. kv444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. If kv444 has reason to believe that a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
2. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kv444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
4. kv444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register on kv444. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

kv444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other Bangladesh bank transfers. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to any limits imposed by your payment provider.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kv444 targets a processing time of under three minutes for standard withdrawals; in exceptional circumstances processing may take longer.
• kv444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply its own charges; kv444 has no control over third-party fees.

kv444 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Any transaction that kv444 suspects to be associated with illegal activity will be declined and reported in accordance with applicable law.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

kv444 offers bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account verification. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Standard rollover is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value before withdrawal).

• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or joining a game on kv444, you acknowledge and accept the following gaming conduct rules:

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed. kv444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or by real-time dealer dealing in the case of live-streamed table games. kv444 does not interfere with or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or voided in the event of circumstances beyond kv444's reasonable control, including but not limited to match abandonment, force majeure events, or confirmed corruption in the relevant sporting event.
• In-play bets placed on markets where the outcome is already known at the time of placement — due to a data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided. kv444 monitors for arbitrage and delay-based betting patterns and reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably determines to have been placed with knowledge of the outcome.

5. Responsible Gaming

kv444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity. • Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming duplicate bonuses or obscuring the identity of a player who has been previously excluded.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or any subsequent identity verification process.

kv444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct enhanced due diligence investigations on any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Winnings accrued through prohibited activity will be voided in full.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on kv444.club — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and audio-visual materials — is the property of kv444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any content from kv444.club without prior written permission from kv444.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kv444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

kv444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and updates may require temporary service interruptions. kv444 will aim to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

9. Amendments to These Terms

kv444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kv444 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of kv444 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
